We believe adventures in the outdoors allow people to connect in ways they’ve never connected before. The wilderness lets you unplug from the busyness of our culture and find solitude for healing and reflection.
Our certified wilderness guide is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner who blends pinnacle outdoor experiences with the therapeutic model as a way to heal, grow and understand parts of ourselves.
Join the trip for an experience that leads to reflection, discussion and discovery. Our goal is to offer you tools to be present throughout the holiday season.
