The Experience
On this four-day expedition, we will enter the national park on a Friday morning. Our first day’s moderate hike ranged from 3 to 5 miles.
On the first night, we will set camp at a mid-way campsite.
The second and third nights will be at a single Alpine Lake (3 to 4 miles). In the following days, guided reflections will lead our discussions while we share meals, explore surrounding attractions, and take in Rocky Mountain National Park’s astonishing landscape.
We will hike down and exit the park no later than 4:00 p.m. on a Monday. We aim for the distance to be 6 to 7 miles one way. (14 to 15 miles round trip)
Susan mentioned you would like to share the IFS content. As PAs, I trust you to know the model well and would bring deep healing to your own group. I would like to offer 2-3 hours of connecting IFS with Nature. Along with being available to anyone who would like extended one-on-one IFS sessions on the trail or in camp.
