What you can expect

This experiential retreat in the Rocky Mountains is based on the Internal Family Systems model.  It is an opportunity to learn new ways of accessing and deepening your capacity for Higher Self energy.

You will be guided in the Journaling for Higher Self program that will facilitate finding Self in Nature.  The program will also provide you with a set of journaling exercises for accessing Self during challenging times and to use as an IFS practice.

There will be contemplative time as well as 2 moderate-difficulty hikes guided by Wilderness professionals, providing lots of time each day to commune with Nature - time for noticing Self qualities that resonate with and deepen your own Self energy, and for building relationship between yourself and Nature.

You will participate in creating both a group and a personal Self in Nature Self-portrait Wheel to amplify your daily experiences of Self energy and to build community bonds through sharing in the other participants’ experiences.

And there will be optional opportunities to participate in guided yoga each day, and to join a moonlight circle for socializing and sharing music each evening. Bring your instrument!
